Every piece of jewelry created at NELLA & SINA is the result of a creative process, protected by copyright. Especially our distinctive earcuff models are individually shaped, extensively tested, and made in Germany. A respectful approach to existing ideas is a matter of course for us.
DESIGN AND TRADEMARK PROTECTION
Over the past two decades, we have increasingly faced the unlawful imitation of our designs. These infringements particularly affect our distinctive ear jewelry. Third parties copy shapes, proportions, and details to sell them under their own name, often in inferior quality and without proof of origin. Such imitations are not a gray area. They interfere with our economic foundations and undermine trust in genuine, fairly produced design. As a company with a clear set of values, we see it as our duty not to tolerate such violations.
We take legal action against any form of unauthorized imitation. We document the violations, work with specialized lawyers, and enforce the removal of the illegal content. This is not only about protecting ourselves but also about protecting our customers from inferior counterfeits.

OUR ENGRAVING
