PHILOSOPHY

Some decisions are made with the heart, others with time. Not every step was right but each one has moved us forward. We have learned to look more closely, to become more open, and to turn mistakes into progress. This is how responsibility grows from experience.

FROM DESIGN TO ATTITUDE

In the first twenty years, Nella focused on form, function, and aesthetic design. Since 2015, we have relied on production in Germany that upholds our commitment to fairness, responsibility, and quality. We work with partners who share our values and use only recycled and certified materials. Change requires courage, but it makes room for what makes a better world possible.

Jewelry with a Conscience

We want to create exceptional jewelry that stands for quality while pursuing the vision of combining ecological and social responsibility with aesthetic standards. What we do today is the result of many decisions and part of a process that continues to evolve. Because it is not just about the finished piece of jewelry, but about the journey to get there.

Mindful Craftsmanship

We do not develop jewelry under time pressure and not for the next trend, but from an inner drive, with joy and passion. That is why we do not release something new every year. But only when something is created that is meant to last. We prefer to work intensively on a few pieces rather than constantly deliver new ones. Because we believe: You can tell when a piece of jewelry contains more than just a trend.

Beyond the buzzwords

The term "sustainable" is quickly used but rarely questioned. True responsibility is not shown in slogans or marketing promises, but in decisions and in the question: Where do our materials come from? Who manufactures under what conditions? And what remains after the purchase?

Even as a small company, there is room for design. You can choose who you work with. How production is done. And what you consciously leave out, even if it would be easier or cheaper.

We don't want to shine with promises, but with understandable decisions. It starts with the choice of our partners, continues in local production, and is reflected in the handling of resources. Responsibility for us does not mean doing everything right. But acting consciously, again and again.
