Out of our love for animals, the symbol for our company was created: the little elephant Asante. He is our guiding animal and embodies what drives us. He stands for the protection of animals and charity. Together with our community, we actively engage in animal protection: Every order enables us to donate to organizations like Lasst die Tiere leben e.V., Affenstark e.V. or Pro Wildlife. Thanks to your support, we can help concretely and make a difference.
TWO HEARTS FOR ANIMALS
Since the founding of this jewelry label in 1998, it has been Nella's heartfelt concern to give something back through targeted donations. Today, we work together for animal protection. We support selected organizations that are dedicated to doing good. Thanks to our donations, we have already been able to promote numerous projects and thus make a small but significant contribution to the protection of animals and their habitats.
MONKEY STRONG
Inspired by Michi Schreiber and her association AFFENSTARK e.V., our Wildlife Collection was created in 2021. Each piece of jewelry bears the name of a rescued monkey, and with every sale, 10% goes to the association. Their mission: to protect primates and other wildlife as well as their habitats. To this end, the association rescues, rehabilitates, and protects injured, orphaned, and confiscated animals – especially primates – and advocates for their release back into the wild.
From exploitation to respect
LET THE ANIMALS LIVE
Another heartfelt project is the Ahimsa Collection. The design line aims to inspire more compassion and is dedicated to Lasst die Tiere leben e.V.. The association mainly cares for animals from livestock farming and has already given over 300 animals a life in peace on its sanctuaries. Each Ahimsa piece of jewelry is named after a rescued animal and tells a very personal story. With every sale, 10% goes to the sanctuary near Berlin and its animals.
PRO WILDLIFE
Since 2019, we have been supporting the work of Pro Wildlife. The organization combines animal, nature, and species protection. Their goal is to preserve biodiversity and save animals. The survival of the species in their habitat, as well as the protection of individual animals, is important. Pro Wildlife advocates for better laws and effective protective measures for wild animals. They support aid projects for animals in need, help preserve habitats, and engage the local population in protecting wild animals.
