Take care of your treasures
CARE & REPAIR
Our jewelry pieces are made of 925 sterling silver. The golden ones also feature a high-quality 18k multiple gold plating. In production, we focus on durability, high-quality workmanship, sustainability, and wearing comfort. To ensure you enjoy your treasures for a long time, we present here the most important tips for the care and storage of your jewelry.

STORAGE
Expose your jewelry to as little moisture, sunlight, and heat as possible. Since the materials of the jewelry can react with the air, discoloration may occur over time. Direct sunlight can also cause fading or changes in color, especially with gemstones.
The best way to store your jewelry is airtight and protected from light. To avoid scratches, it's best to keep each piece of jewelry separately. Whether a jewelry box, drawer, or bedside table, your jewelry is best protected this way. Our small jewelry boxes, which you receive with your order, are also very suitable for jewelry storage.

REPAIR
Your jewelry is meant to accompany you for a long time.
That's why our service doesn't end with the warranty.
If your piece of jewelry is damaged during the warranty period and there is no improper use, we will of course cover the repair free of charge.
We're here for you even after that: Whether your Earcuff is slightly bent, your 18k Gold Vermeil needs a new gold layer, you want to switch from 24k to 18k, or the clasp of your necklace no longer closes, we take care of it. Carefully, professionally, and with an eye for detail.

CLEANING
Over time and with wear, sterling silver will naturally oxidize and eventually tarnish, making it look gray. How much the jewelry tarnishes depends on various factors such as skin type and care habits. Perfume, salty air, sulfur, skin creams, hairspray, chlorine, and the acidic pH levels of the skin can accelerate this process.
Cleaning your beloved jewelry makes a big difference. All you need for this is lukewarm water, a soft cloth, and mild soap. You can use a silver polishing cloth or a toothbrush in circular motions over the jewelry to restore the shine of the precious metal. It is important that your jewelry is completely dry before you put it back in your jewelry box.
CARE TIPS
Pearls and mother-of-pearl are sensitive to chemicals. Perfume, lotion, makeup, or soap can dull their shine. Therefore, wear them only after styling and store them separately to avoid scratches. Direct sunlight and dry air also cause damage. For cleaning, a soft, slightly damp cloth is sufficient. Please never place them in cleaning baths or ultrasonic devices.
Many gemstones are harder than metal, but not impervious; they can chip, crack, or be damaged by hard impacts. Avoid contact with chemicals or extreme temperatures. Always remove gemstone jewelry before sports, bathing, or sleeping.
For storage: Best cushioned softly and kept separately so the stones do not scratch each other. For cleaning, a soft cloth is sufficient. For heavier dirt, lukewarm water without additives helps.
Especially for rings, it applies: whenever your hands are heavily used. When gardening, doing housework, cooking, or sports. Even though solid gold is sweat-resistant, scratches can occur, stones can loosen, or surfaces can become dull. Cleaning agents, soil, or hard impacts attack the materials. You should be especially careful with delicate settings or pieces with gemstones.
Enamel jewelry is durable but should be protected from hard impacts and chemicals. For cleaning, a soft, slightly damp cloth is sufficient. Aggressive cleaning agents or ultrasonic baths are not suitable. It is best stored individually to keep the glass surface free from scratches.
